Job Profile:
Managing central MIS tool that works as center point of internal information exchange between all teams.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge required.
Should have ability to comprehend large amount of numerical data and analyse it.
Should have ability to prepare dashboards for management and highlight case volume trends.
Should have knowledge of pivot. Knowledge of VBA will be an advantage.
Be flexible to work late hours.
Team of central MIS reports directly to CEO office.
Minimum 2+ year of experience in relevant area of work.
Minimum education should be 12th pass.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
Fair knowledge of MS Windows operating system.
