The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop compelling and original designs for a variety of print materials, ensuring that each piece aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the client servicing team to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that resonate with target audiences and meet client expectations.
• Concept Development: Understand client requirements and translate them into engaging visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Quality & Timeliness: Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time, optimized for both print and digital platforms.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques into your work.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, and development teams to maintain consistency and integrity of brand messaging across all design touchpoints.
• Presentation & Communication: Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, clearly articulating the design rationale and aligning with business goals.
