Ritinox Overseas Hiring for Sr. Accounts Executive at Mumbai Full Time

• Job Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Prepare and administer bank’s annual audit plan
• Monitor the audit cycle program to ensure it remains effective and up to date
• Manage the detailed planning, risk assessment, scoping, and resourcing of complex audits.
• Ensure execution of audit plan as per agreed timelines, and draft audit reports.
• Review the working papers prepared by subordinates and take complete ownership.
• Lead in developing operational expertise in core areas and leverage in internal audits.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Maintaining and filling account-related documents.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing, financial reports or statements.
• Handle payment follow-ups.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Punching of all transactions in Tally ERP & Tally prime
• Handle monthly Sales, purchases, and Expense reports.
• GST Calculation and giving data to CA for returns
• Co-ordinating with CA in case of any issues.
• Reconcile payables and receivables, Bank statements.
• Make Disposal Letters (USD & INR)
• Make Purchase Bills (Cross verify bills, Find out VPN no, Order no)
• Monthly list makes in Excel (Purchase)- Week wise every Friday.
• Make vendors Payments/ Salary of employees.
• Maintain stock book/Excel (Purchase-Sales)
• Collection book (Sales, Local bill)
• Export Sales bill in INR
• Make E-way Bills.
• TDS Deduction. (Make in excel sheet)
• Sundry Creditors (make party payment every Saturday)
• Bank statement entry in Tally/ Bank Reconciliation.
• Import payment Documents (eg: – A1 form declaration)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Accounting systems.
• Good knowledge of Import and Export.
• Preferably from Product Industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Mumbai – 400004, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
