Full Job Description
Responsibilities of candidates includes:Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally andexternallySupervise the maintenance of office hygiene – areas, equipment, and facilitiesAdept at managing administrative activities in terms of House Keeping, Food & Beverage,Stationery, Safety, Security, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors.Prepare daily, weekly, Fortnight, monthly records & SOP’s, checklists for operations and alsotake same from the housekeeping staffEnsure zero issues in office operations & maintenanceManaging repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture,furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.Vendor managementMaintain utility bills and take follow-ups and required action for the sameCo-ordinate and Co-operate with all employeesDaily reporting to HR Department in respective work allocatedEducation: GraduateSalary As per ExperienceCompany Location: Bandra (East)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftWork Remotely:No
