PONDICHERRY

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

· Understand customer needs and requirements.

· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

· Enter and update customer information in the database

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Language fluency in English & Hindi Must.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

· Added advantage for additional language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)

· Exp: 0 to 1yr.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
