Development of State Cluster Access and patient impact strategy

Build strategic partnerships with relevant policy makers, influencers, institutions, NGOs, and patient organizations to overcome access barriers and support strategic goals

Drive health systems strengthening efforts and ensure adequate capacity & capability to support optimum health outcomes for patients

Leverage access solutions from the Access center of excellence to increase funding and healthcare capacity for access to innovation

Map the patient journey, understand the barriers of relevant disease area, co-create patient centric solutions with the customer.

To understand Current treatment protocols, gaps & shape protocols for Roche Innovations

Develop strategic account relationships by understanding account vision, strategy and tactics and creating shared value partnership.

Improve adoption of Roche innovation by building conviction on Roche innovation and accountable for overall patient impact from the customer

Build strong connect and working relationships with Internal stakeholders to mobilize resources from enabling function/community to support the partners

To understand account specific hurdles to Roche Innovations & co create solutions with Stakeholders to develop relevant Value propositions

Establish equity of Roche as an innovative organization focused on citizen wellbeing and patient access to high quality healthcare
