Full Job Description

First CDI calling to be done after 7 days of delivery.
In case of any pending concerns second calling to be done after again 7 days.
Customer should be explained to give Excellent rating in MSIL feedback call. 100% customers to be educated to share any grievances with Rohan Motors rather than with MSIL.
To be done same day after booking Daily booking calling and entry in the PBF sheet and to enclose with OBF.
100% whatsapp group to be opened for each invidual customer’s Whatsapp, email and registered post to be shared with each customers mentinoning waiting period , booking amount , model and color confirmation.
100% issues to be captured and escalte the same to concerned RM/SM/GM and Group Head to resolve within the timeline shared with the customer.
After calling within 24 hrs of delivery and concerns should be captured and escalated to RM/SM/GM and Group Head to resolve with immediate effect.
Congratulation whatsapp/ email and registered post along with all the documents like Invoice, NO dues, EW etc to be shared within 24hrs
Ensure to close all concerns raised by the customer during 24hrs within the time line with proper escalation to the team
Second calling to be done in 15 days to verify the closure the complaint raised in First calling.
During 15 days calling ensure to inform customer about all the details i.e RC, 1st service, and check about experience with the dealership.
follow and check the condition of vehicle before 1 day of delivery so that same can be shared to CCM
