Responsibilities :-Windows platformWindows Domain Controller, Active Directory, Sync Group Policies, User Management, RDS Sessions,Accounting Software installation and management (QB, Drake, Creative solutions all Solutions)Technical support for both hardware and software issues our user systemsMonitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concernsCreate and verify backups of dataRespond to and resolve help desk requestsUpgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolutionAdministrate infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN configurations, malware protection software and other processesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthDay range:Monday to FridayShift:Day shiftFlexible shiftMorning shiftNight shiftEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
