CERTIFY is looking for a hard-working, motivated & highly detailed oriented candidate to fill an open role as an insurance claims coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for a crucial and meaningful part in supporting the insurance claims billing department. Your time will mostly be spent interfacing & onboarding new insurance providers on to our platform.

About the position:

• The ideal candidate will have strong people skills that will lead initiatives to engage with health insurance companies to submit in-network claims. This candidate will be focused on healthcare Insurance company onboarding and claims submission. This person should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute given tasks.

• Identify new insurance companies that aren’t partnered with us
• Submit Insurance claims daily
• Answer questions and calls regarding claim status
• On-board new health insurances companies daily
• Make multiple calls a day
• Work denied & unpaid claims
