An exciting opportunity has arisen for Data Scientist to join Rolls-Royce. You would be employed directly by Rolls-Royce Data Labs but would be based in the Bengaluru, Karnataka office.

You will be responsible for delivering a successful transfer of work from Rolls-Royce locations globally to BPO Provider. To ensure Transition methodology is adhered and applied in the execution of the project. And managing the Project to timeline, budget, and quality. Also, minimizing disruption to the ongoing business. Having the ability to interact at a leadership level to drive an effective transition. Being responsible for overseeing operational management during transition and ensure smooth hand over to Service delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deliver a detailed project plan for transition of agreed scope from Rolls-Royce locations to supplier delivery centre.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer between existing Rolls-Royce staff and future staff.
- Timely and accurate capturing of risks and issue.
- Ensure all risks and issues are addressed on a timely basis and project stays on track.
- Work with local and central stakeholders and ensuring everyone is kept well-informed with accurate and timely status of the project.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good experience in delivering end to end outsourcing solutions from concept to stabilisation
- Understanding of challenges delivering outsourcing BPO Operations
- Experience of managing outsourcing across P2P/O2C/R2R with focus on Accounts Payable activities / Finance FA&R / Accounts Receivable activities / Procurement activities.
