Develop, maintain and leverage external partnerships to strategically position Rolls-Royce. This involves working closely with Regional Directors/Country Managers/Sector Leads and foster relationships with government/regulator/embassies/think tank teams /advisors/opinion makers/influencers

Key Accountabilities

Develop and manage the Government Relations engagement programme

Provide strategic advice and counsel on all issues and opportunities that may impact relationship with the State and associated bodies

Raise Rolls-Royce’s visibility amongst decision makers and influencers in positive manner

Anticipate, identify and strategize on policy/regulatory/legislative changes and advise accordingly

Policy & regulatory analysis and advocacy

Articulate Rolls-Royce’s position on various policy and regulatory issues to internal and external stakeholders by way of submissions, reports, snapshots, white papers

Monitor and shape Government funding opportunities

CSR head for India region – Build regional CSR strategy & roll-out of the initiatives

Envisaged and spearhead coalition approach for UK Defence brand

Represent company’s interests before industry bodies such as FICCI, CII, AMCHAM, ASSOCHAM, USIBC; via representations, submissions & panel speaking opportunities

Qualifications

Senior Management Professional with 15+ Years in the Relevant Industry and have worked with Governmental Agencies as well as Industry Bodies. MBA preferable

Must have worked in Multinational Environment and has been able to work as Individual Contributor and has exposed to working with Multiple Stakeholders.
