Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for creating sales contract / adhoc FIT contracts Ensure follow-ups are done in timely manner as per the cut-off dates Ensure all queries are responded within 12 hours of receiving Handling and converting Meetings, Incentives, Events & Conferencing Offering / suggesting best possible solution to clients as per requirement Assist in development and solicitation of Banquet and event package plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business Each month review the next 3 months availability to highlight high or low demand dates and take steps to minimize the risk of any shortfall or overbooking Ensuring all inquiries are recorded accurately as per the SOP Helping the resort to identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to the resort Attending department and resort meetings whenever required Targeting key accounts potential for the company Responsible for sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.as per SOP Responsible for meeting individual and team targets To be aware of both individual and team targets Ensure all mapping sheets are up-to date for respective portfolios as per SOPDesired Candidate Profile Experience of hotel sales in Bangalore market in the luxury outbound segmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDiligent and tenacious in follow upsPerks and Benefits At par with the industry norms commensurate to the candidate profile
