Job description:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will communicate with our contractors. Your tasks will include at least writing messages according to the pattern and replying to them. Furthermore you will taking care of our clients correspondence. Our end goal is providing exceptional service and client’s satisfaction.

We expect from candidates:

– very good communication and organizational skills,

– knowledge of the English language at the level of min. C1 (necessary condition)

– 2 years of experience in a similar position (required),

– meticulousness and accuracy – it is very important to us,

– flexible availability (expected overtime in high season)

Your duties will include:

– cooperation with contractors in Europe, Asia and the USA,

– sending e-mails according to the pattern,

– cooperation with colleagues,

– proficient use of tools, i.e. Google Drive, Gmail, Excel Sheets
