- Respond to helpdesk tickets within SLA timeframes, ensuring all tickets are followed up or escalated until completed.
- Remedy hardware, software and network issues and project manage specific software and hardware upgrades.
- Take ownership of the monitoring and maintenance of the server environment.
- Assist with Active Directory User accounts for all employees as they commence employment and manage ad hoc requests.
- Respond to incidents and alerts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹201,712.08 – ₹400,000.00 per year
