EUROPE. The company is already having some of the best talents in the industry working on innovative free-to-play mobile titles.We are looking for Full Time Remote Champs !Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience and proven success working on mobile F2P games,

preferably both from operating a live game as well as developing a game from scratch

• Experience in creating strong game concepts and leading their execution
• Strong social game design skills, understanding the dynamics of competition and

collaboration.

• Experience in creating and managing highly balanced game systems and economies
• Skills and passion to lead game vision, willingness to have an open mind and adapt and

iterate designs, but also steer and make decisions when needed

• A genuine interest in F2P and mobile games, as well as the wider world of gaming
• Strong interest and belief in data-driven approach to support & validate intuition
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a deadline environment.

What we are looking in the candidate : –

• Solid commercial experience as a designer in F2P game development, delivery of at least

one game through the entire life cycle

• Deep experience in creating and managing highly balanced game systems, progression

and player-driven economies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Experience with structured, hypothesis driven product improvements, rigorous metrics

analysis, consumer insights and design experimentation

• Excellent Excel skills, ability to create models and simulators for F2P economies
• Ability to effectively communicate both creative and technical feedback to a diverse

group of stakeholders

• Teamwork skills: we want the best team, not necessarily the best individuals.

Responsibilities

• Use your creativity to design games for a range of audience
• Work collaboratively with developers and artists
• Consider plan and detail every element of a new game including the setting, rules, story

flow, etc.

• Create and own the implementation of fun, engaging in-game events and other game

content.

• Lead on the user experience design of the game, ensuring players have the best

experience

• Define and tune economy of the game, real money in-app purchases, purchasing

behavioural pattern and improve LTV

• Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of in-game economy trends using data

insights and strong business acumen to impact top line KPIs

• Help define the virtual products and document the expected life cycles and streams of
