Job Purpose

To support the command center with knowledge of telematics, telematics support system and connected vehicles with experience in service industry along with basic administrative tasks including speaking to various team representatives and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and ensure the end to end resolution as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Responsible for testing and monitoring of new connectivity features of an end product

Monitor remote alerts in customer vehicles and ensure closure of complaints

Utilize the ticket management system effectively to capture the error code alerts and rectify as per SLA

Create a management report as per SLA

Manage live data monitoring through system

Engage and communicate with the organization’s IT team

Offer insight to the company’s managers when implementing telematics

Provide guidance and solutions when faced with peculiar complaints related to telematics

Work Experience

Education

Bachelors / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile)

Experience

5 to 10 years of experience in Aftermarket Sales (Automobile industry)
