Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Kharagpur. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales goals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of underwriting, claims settlement, and risk management
- Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Additional courses or certifications in insurance or management would be beneficial.
