Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in the field. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in digital marketing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Training Programs:
• Design comprehensive digital marketing training programs tailored to different skill levels and audience needs.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises.
• Deliver Training:
• Conduct training sessions in-person or virtually to individuals or groups.
• Cover a range of digital marketing topics, including but not limited to:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Email Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Analytics and Reporting
• Update Content:
• Keep training materials and content up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and tools.
• Provide Coaching:
• Offer personalized coaching and support to trainees to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
• Evaluate Effectiveness:
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve training methodologies and materials based on feedback and evolving industry standards.
• Collaborate:
• Work with other team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and organizational goals.
• Stay current with developments in digital marketing technology, platforms, and regulations to incorporate relevant updates into training programs.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles such as digital marketer, social media manager, SEO specialist, or similar.
• Prior experience in delivering training sessions or workshops, either in a corporate setting or as an independent consultant.
• Skills:
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Certification in digital marketing disciplines (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) is highly desirable.
• A passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt training delivery methods to different learning styles and preferences.
