Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for HR executivesOrganize, compile, update company personnel records and documentationManage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days offHelp in payroll management, preparation and paymentPrepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and proceduresAnswer employee’s questions and provide requested informationMaintain schedule and coordinate calendar activitiesAssist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumesMulti tasking and the role is not restricted to the above mentioned responsibilitiesDesired Qualifications: Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for at least an yearAbility to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR softwareKnowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms)Familiarity with labour lawsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAct as a reliable and supportive team memberBS in human resources or similar relevant fieldExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsData-driven mindsetExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):What is your current salary per month?What is your expected salary per month?What is your notice period in days (if any)?Education:Diploma (Required)Experience:Human resources management: 1 year (Required)
