Working knowledge of US Tax Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 5472.
Good understanding of accounting concepts & US Tax Principles.
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Basic understanding of tax softwares such as CCH, OneSource income tax, and/or Corptax.
