Job Description:
Manpower Handling:
Proper job distribution of manpower (operators/labour) for plant activities and as per shift planning

Supervising the team and providing them with technical support and training

Shift Handling:
Smooth running of Plant by maintaining process and quality control parameter to produce product as per specification

Maintenance of all records up to date (i.e Shift log book, log sheets etc )

Informing to Shift In charge for any abnormality observed

Maintaining safety, health &environment in working area.

Maintaining proper housekeeping in the work area

Maintaining proper material in flow, storage and outflow

Responsible for ensuring OH & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan
