Job Description

Responsibilities:
Support and administer within the core Thoughtspot environment
Oversee Multi-tier, clustered Thoughtspot Environment
Architect, implement, and train users/Team on dev-to-test-to-prod Thoughtspot report migration process
Ability to work with Business Analysts in determining reporting requirements
Experience with Thoughtspot application performance monitoring, capacity planning, and tuning of the Thoughtspot environment
Provide high level, complex support services Experience/Skills Required:
ThoughtSpot Administration Experience.
Experience in any of one BI Tool (MicroStrategy or Cognos Analytics 11)
Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating.
Experience in Unix Shell scripting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should have excellent troubleshooting skills (L3 level).
Should have experience in disaster recovery management of database and similar applications.
Installation and setup of Thoughtspot
Loading and managing data ? Managing users and groups ? Security ? Backup and Restore ? Data modelling
Using worksheets to simplify search ? Enabling SearchIQ, Thoughtspots natural language search
Managing scheduled jobs / Monitoring system health /Troubleshooting
Have strong knowledge of Thoughtspot Admin roles and responsibilities, migration procedures
Installed and Configured the Thoughtspot Statistics Services on a standalone Installation/Cluster Installation
Responsible for the Thoughtspot infrastructure, up-gradation, and migration of Thoughtspot applications.
Ability to provide production support
Strong grasp on configuration management tools, such as Puppet and Chef
Education: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
