· B. Sc. Agriculture with 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Farm Management activities.
. Analyzing existing operations of crops and farms and related documents.
· Ensuring support in field preparations, fertilizer management, pest management, intercultural operations, labour management etc.
· Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting of experiments, trials breeder and nucleus seeds.
· Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
· Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
· Collaborating with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports.
· Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
