· Creating and issuing Invoices to customers

· Preparing account statements for customers.

· Managing Inventory

· Managing Dispatch/Shipping

· Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.

· Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.

· Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.

· Preparation of financial reports.

· Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

· Proficiency in working with software. Tech friendly.

· Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Staying up to date with GST and other Tax compliance

· Good at communicating with E-mails.

· Able to make debit notes, credit notes, ledger and keep accounts up to date.

· Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders

· Preparing budget forecasts

· Processing tax payments and returns

· Publish financial statements in time

· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

· Ensure timely bank payments

· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

· Audit financial transactions and documents

· Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations

· Monitoring spending and budgets

· Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines

· Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
