About Rupeek

More than 90% of Indians don’t have access to formal credit. Unsecured credit is expensive and has limited availability. On the contrary, 95% of Indian household net worth is in some form of assets. Rupeek started its journey with a focus on gold as an asset. Indian households have a unique relationship with gold holding over 25,000 tonnes. Only 5.5% of this gold is used to obtain formal credit due to friction involved in the process of getting credit and fear of losing gold. Rupeek solved this problem over the last 5 years by providing doorstep gold loans and transformed the way gold loans are disbursed in India. More than 1 lac customers who were earlier resistant to getting gold loans now use Rupeek’s digital platform to avail credit. Gold loan category alone is estimated to be at 20B USD in annual disbursement. This is just a start and Rupeek intends to launch many more financial products spanning across multiple asset classes in near future.

Roles

1. Provides wide ranging system administration in a multi-platform environment and capability to

work alone (individual contributor).

2. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

3. Experienced in handling file server and Windows server related issues.

4. Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

5. Manage network servers and technology tools.

6. Set up accounts and workstations.

7. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.

8. Strong knowledge on ITSM includes CMDB, Incident, Service Requests and change management

across IT Infrastructure and ensure SLA maintained..

9. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.

10. Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

11. Microsoft Windows Scripting skills utilizing PowerShell, VB Script or Python.

Skills

1. Proven experience as a Sr. System Admin/Lead System Admin.

2. Experience with LDAP, databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.

3. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.

4. Understanding of DLP, Anti-Virus, Active Directory, GPO, G Suite, Shared Drive, DFS.

5. Ability to create scripts in any language (knowledge of PowerShell script).

6. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.

7. Familiar with DLP, AV, O365 and G suite solutions

8. Oversee the operation of server systems.

9. Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase

data safety.

10. Strong knowledge of ADFS, hands on Windows ADFS is preferred.

11. Well versed with SSO & should be a SME.

12. Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.

13. Familiar with Ticketing & Documentation tools such as Atlassian Suite.

14. Excellent Communication & should adopt the fast-paced culture.

Persona

1. Any Graduate with relevant exp. In IT related domain.

2. Preferred Industry would be IT, Startup, Service based organizations.

3. 6 years of Ldap database, server administration and storage experience.

4. Any certifications are a plus
