Rupifi Hiring for Finance Executive at Bangalore Full Time

About the Role
To keep up with the exponential growth at Rupifi, we are looking for a Finance Executive to join the team and work directly with senior management as a force multiplier.

General Ledger:

• Maintaining the general ledger for all business-related transactions
• Journal entries related to ongoing operations & Month close
• Maintaining Asset register
• Preparing Depreciation schedule

Others:

• Record and maintain income and expenses along with linked supporting documents
• Create & account customer Invoices
• Sending monthly collection emails
• Preparing AR ageing analysis
• Accounting Vendor Bills
• Preparing AP Ageing Analysis
• Generating Financial Statements Viz. Trial Balance, Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet
• Prepare schedules requested by the auditors and supporting documents
• Cash/Bank Reconciliation
• Receivables Reconciliation
• Payables Reconciliation
• General Ledger Reconciliation

Requirements :

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Hands-on experience in Tally is a must.
• Previous experience in NBFCs is an add-on.
• Good coordination & communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Minimum 3+ Years of work experience
• Adhere to deadlines.
• Team Player

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
