Co odinating with Sales and pricing for container booking.
- Placing bookings with Shipping lines, following up with lines, validating and confirming all shipment bookings
- Building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers/ Shipping lines.
- Fetching and issuing correct vessel schedule from shipping line to Customer
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department for handling and respond with an answer to the customer
- Use daily customer service report to make sure all release requirements have been met before container pickup
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
