Candidate will be expected to be proficient in the following:Experience in HR & administration worksUnderstanding various HR software systemsComputer literate with programmes such as word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.Good understanding of labour laws, Company Laws, PF, ESIC & Gratuity.Organizational skills and ability to prioritizeInterpersonal with good communicative skillsMBA in HR or a relevant fieldForming and maintaining employee recordsUpdating databases internally, such as leave, CTC structure, reimbursement.Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guidesCommunicating with external partnersBeing the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queriesPreparing payrollHelping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.Handling all Admin related work, like vendor management, Facility Management, Property Management.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹540,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
