About the job
Responsibilities:
- Create a culture of mass production in order to manufacture the products in large quantities.
- Take complete 100% responsibility – PPC & SQCDP ( Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People)
- Develop implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Be a strong effective interface between plant personnel and management
Requirements
Qualification: BE Mechanical/Operations or promising DME candidates.
Experience: 5~10 years in Engineering Industries (Automobile)
Prior experience in leading a team of a minimum of 25 people and overall departmental coordination.
Excellent communication skills particularly Marathi.
Experience with ERP systems is preferable.
Knowledge about product costing and Bill of Materials is preferable.
