JOB PURPOSE

Support Site Administration (Admin. Executive)

Job Responsibilities

Supports various site administration contracts / labor compliance related to employee canteen, bus transportation, housekeeping, security services etc. on day to day bases.
Supports employee & contractors EHSS & compliance training in co-ordination with HR/Functional leaders.
Work with HR / functional leaders on scheduling & coordinating apprentice recruitment as per government guide line.
Extend 24X7 support on employee bus transportation & visitors support.
Follow up with contractors for monthly compliance documentations.
Supports all functional team at site on day to day needs for general administration support.
Supports various employee engagement programs in co-ordination with HR & functional leaders.
Follow up with site para professional employees on attendance / leave / OT record compliance.
Supports various site administration contracts / labor compliance related to employee canteen, bus transportation, Housekeeping, security services etc. on day to day bases.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline. Post Graduate will be preferred
With 4 to 5 year work experience preferably in a Manufacturing
