We @ SabPaisa are a rapidly growing company in the payments domain having developed the world’s first hybrid online+ offline payment platform.
We are a DIPP, GOI & IIMA certified innovative payment platform and payment collection partners of major banks like Bank Of India, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda, etc. having already white-labeled our products to some of these banks.
We won the award of most innovative payment platform for 2017 and since then have consistently ranked among the top 10 payment platforms in India.
Our collection application suite has already processed more than INR 43.7 Billion, a figure that will grow exponentially over the next several months as SabPaisa’s SAAS applications continue to penetrate the fastest-growing segment of the data and payment digitization sector.
We are changing the way financial institutions, hospitals, government bodies, e-commerce companies, schools, colleges, universities, councils, trusts, etc. collect money and data from their clients and customers.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Account Manager, who has multitasking and, problem-solving skills who can manage the designated clients end to end.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– End to end management and handholding of designated clients.
– Be the first point of contact with Banks, designated clients, and internal stakeholders.
– End to end handling of new clients including requirement collation, coordination with Banks, and internal teams i.e. Technology & TechOps till the client go live.
– To handle and resolve customer complaints. Manage troubleshoot, give effective solutions, provide information & reports, and improve customer satisfaction.
– Proactively generate business leads from banks & existing clients.
– Nurture Account management clients to be Key Account.
– Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
– Identify urgent situations and escalate issues appropriately.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
– Any Graduates/post-graduate ideally with around 2 years of client handling experience.
– Excellent Communication skills In English and Hindi – written and verbal
– Good listening skills and active problem-solving skills
– Computer Savvy, Ability to multitask.
– Ability to handle the pressure
