Fixed Timing: 9:00 Am To 7:30 Pm+ Paid Over Time For Extra Stay.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

CIVIL Manager- No gender specification.Construction (PALWAL).

Education: Preferably B.Tech (Civil).

Experience: 10 years in the construction industry only.

Construction: 8 years (Required), Management: 5 years (Required)

Age: Less than 45 Years. Strong systems implementation and reporting skillset.

The ability to solve operational problems by scoping, implementing, and tracking system improvements. Ability to set a culture based around delivery excellence and transparency. Provide leadership and support across the business/Exposure to construction.

To lead regular project review meetings with senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate with all Purchase & Admin personnel, Data personnel, Contractors, Vendors, etc. Work on continuously improving systems, technology, communication practices, vendors/contractor search and empanelment practices etc. to ensure decreasing costs, highest quality and timely delivery for construction, purchase, inventory, logistics operations maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹95,000.00 per month
