Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Cosmofeed, you will focus on selling our SaaS plans to content creators. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients post-acquisition, helping them understand and maximize the value of our offerings. You will build strong relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive retention by demonstrating how our tools can enhance their growth and monetization efforts. If you’re passionate about sales and have experience in a SaaS environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Search for potential monetizing creators across various platforms
Implement strategies to attract diverse creators for our products.
Establish strong relationships with content creators.
Collaborate with creators to ensure productive partnerships.
Onboard creators using outbound channels and inbound demo requests.
Provide orientation and support to help creators maximize their potential.
Track key performance metrics related to creator engagement and content.
Provide regular reports and insights to help creators grow.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Align creator acquisition strategies with overall company goals.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Communicate product benefits to prospective clients.
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track and report on sales activities and results.
