Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the HealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Research domain to join their elite team.

The successful candidate possesses a thorough understating of complete sales process and responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the SaaS (SoftwareasaService) market.

As a Sales Leader you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships understanding client requirements and promoting our SaaS solutions to meet their specific needs and build and run a strong sales team.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the HealthTech Lifesciences and Clinical Research sectors.
  
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market through various channels including coldcalling networking and leveraging industry connections.
  
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends competitive landscape and customer needs to shape the sales strategy and product positioning.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in the target industry including Clevel executives IT directors and procurement professionals.
  
• Build strong sales process and metric to manage a strong sales team.
  
• Understand client requirements pain points and business challenges to effectively position and tailor our SaaS solutions to address their specific needs.
  
• Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide valuable customer feedback and insights drive product enhancements and ensure alignment between sales and product strategies.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations demonstrations and proposals to potential clients highlighting the value proposition features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
  
• Negotiate contract terms pricing and licensing agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable outcomes.
  
• Maintain accurate sales records track sales activities and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes related to HealthTech Lifesciences and Clinical Research sectors to proactively identify new opportunities and challenges.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in IT sales specifically in the SaaS industry within the HealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Research domain.
  
• Experience of Sales in US/Europe geographies is mandatory
  
• Must have a proven track record of scaling the business.
  
• Strong understanding of the HealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Research sectors including knowledge of industry trends challenges and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to understand complex clients requirements and propose effective solutions.
  
• Selfmotivated resultoriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and participate in conferences.
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
