Sales Manager Full Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with 13 years of experience in a marketing agency to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive new business development manage client relationships and contribute to the agencys overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and referrals

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

• Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts

• Represent Nine Degree at industry events and conferences

• Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals gradually

Requirements

Experience and Skills Required:

• 13 years of proven sales experience in a marketing agency or related field

• Strong understanding of marketing services and ability to articulate their value to potential clients

• Consultative sales approach

• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)

• Ability to go beyond traditional ways of outreach to implement new ideas and developments based on the industry (must have)
