Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical/ course assistance over the phone or email
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follow up with users/course participants to ensure complete resolution of issues. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users/course participants to the appropriate internal team.

• Responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate and follow log or ticketing system, so that other members of the help desk team will have a variety of tickets to address and close out each day in addition to their maintenance tasks or day-to-day general tasks.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
