Job Description

1.Content Creation: Includes detailed RND, clicking pictures, taking videos, creating written caption and content checking for any posts or info going out on social media2. RND of the latest concepts, trends; keeping up with new ideas and taking a lot of initiative to introduce social media friendly ideas and concepts. Staying up to date with the latest trends.3. Understanding fully the aesthetic of the brands and being able to work independently.4. Posting regularly on social media accounts and keeping them up to date; Doing any kind of promotions according to the schedule. Keeping all the social media platforms regularly updated and trendy5. Should be able to show a growth in engagement of content with followers and increase in followers according to target given6. Be in constant tough with the graphic designer and give clear instructions about design information and provide with content for designing.7. Answering queries on social media and helping conversion to sales; being in touch with customer care8. Being extremely organized and 1-2 weeks ahead of the schedule, keep calendar updated and follow it.9. Taking videos for reels, stories for and aside from shoots.10. Maintaining details of collaborators and addressing their needs.11. Market the brand to different promotional agencies12. Always be on the lookout to engage in collaborations with bloggers, stylists and boutiques and stores that can keep out stuff.13. Be able to hold a conversation with other brands and get the best outcome for our own brands14.Should have knowledge regarding social media marketing tools.15.Should be aware of & be update with latest software & programmes being used to enhance the Social media of the Brand.16.Marketing tool knowledge is preferred- Social media marketing tools knowledge.17.Should be able to create & conceptualise advertisements for promotions on various social media channels.18.
