Role and Responsibilities

Job Objective

The candidate should be a senior technologist with a passion for technology and development who possess broad and deep skills in automated testing, test plan, test management and deep knowledge of banking processes and systems. The candidate would have strong knowledge of agile delivery practices as well as disciplined engineering practices.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Able to plan testing run schedule as per timeline assigned and have exposure on Test plan, test spec, test cases, test data, test environment, etc to start Testing
Handle the day to day testing activities, such as test monitoring and accurate status reporting
Involve in SIT test execution with clear understanding on T24 functional modules and have exposure on UAT support
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with internal units within project team
Able to handle and review the completeness of the test suits/scripts prepared based on project needs
Ensure test execution progress maintained in Test Management Tool
Resolve and Test Testing issues, risks & resolution
Proper reporting and quality deliverables as per standard defined
Should possess good understanding on Automation with selenium exposure

Requirements
Established technology engineer with 6 or more years working at an enterprise level
Requires an efficient & strong ‘Automation’ Test Lead to support the delivery of T24 Application automation.
Successful candidate will need to have a solid record of accomplishment in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects with significant exposure on T24 Test Automation.
Strong working experience in Selenium using Java – Cucumber Framework on banking projects
Strong working knowledge in Git, Subversion and Jenkins
Strong work experience in TDD/BDD frameworks.
Strong Banking domain knowledge
