I am Deepak Sharma, founder of Sampoorna Yoga, Goa (Sampoornayoga.com), a world renowned Yoga Teacher Training School in South Goa, India.

We are in the process of launching our online yoga platform, www.sampoornayoga.online and constantly shooting fresh content for the online portal as well as social media channels.

The purpose of the above yoga platform is to reach millions of of people and help them change their lives positively through Yoga through various programs as well as courses.

I am looking for someone who wants to be part of this new beginning of something which can be pretty amazing and big in the coming years.

I am looking for the following qualification, experience and personal qualities:

Videographer, Editor and post producer: All in one

Experience:

Videography and production in-charge: You must be really highly experienced in videography. Most of the shoot will happen during the day time in natural light in an indoor studio. we have two Sony Alphas, a DJI Phantom drone, plenty of accessories and a beautiful yoga studio for shoot. You must be innovative, able to shoot indoor without artificial light and sometimes outdoor. You will also be responsible to save and organize all the footages. You will be completely responsible for managing the shoot and production.

Editor as well as Post producer: You must be a top notch editor and a post producer. You will be responsible not to just edit the videos but to bring life into them using your editing skills by using various elements like music, graphics, stock footages etc. You must be a creative person and a great storyteller. You must have the following skills:

• Storytelling
• Editing
• Color correction
• usage of stock footages
• usage of music
• Knowledge of Canva would be a plus
• Knowledge of graphic design will be an added advantage.

You must posses the following personal qualities:

• You must be extremely punctual.
• You must be very professional in the work environment.
• You must be a self-driven person. Should be hungry for work rather than wait passively for work.
• You must be 1000% accountable for the jobs given to you.
• You must never require reminders, supervision or motivation.
• You must be able to work in line with brand guidelines
• You must have good knowledge of Google drive, documents and excel sheets etc to organize data.
• You must be more extrovert than introvert.

• You will be working in a very flexible and stress free environment filled with Indian and western yoga practitioners.

• You can use our gym for free
• You can also attend our yoga classes onsite for free
• Healthy meals worth INR 1500 per day are available for free at Sampoorna for the staff.
• There are no fixed hours of working. It should be fine as long as you are finishing the jobs in time. We generally shoot during the day time. You can edit whenever you want.
• Most of the shoots will happen during day light hours. There may be 3-4 days of shoot, 2-3 hours per week. Rest of the time will have to be used for editing and post production.
• Remuneration will start from INR 50,000. 10,000 performance bonus can be given for excellent performance.
• Both the parties should give minimum one month of prior notice to terminate the contract.
• No separate transport allowance or accommodation allowance will be provided. Every thing here is walking distance. Good house can be found for 12-15,000 per month onwards.
• Legally you will be hired as a professional contractor though practically our relationship will be of an employee and employer.
• You will not work on any other projects as a free lancer or etc. You will work exclusively for us.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
