Job Overview
We are urgently looking for Commerce/ Accounts Graduates with prior experience of working in any real estate or construction company having exposure to General Accounting Activities.

Responsibilities
- Accounts, Verification and Document Management.
- Knowledge of GST filing, taxation and general audit duties.
- Petty Cash handling
- Handling of Sales and Purchase bills.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Systematic record of Stock and Daily expenses
- Finalization of accounts in Tally ERP 9 (Sales, Purchase,TDS, Journal entry, Expenses,Bank reconciliation, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet statement)
- Recording day to day all business transactions in Tally ERP 9

Tally Data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement
and preparation of debtors/creditors statements. - Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
Requirements
- B.COM / M.COM / Diploma in Commerce / Accounts.
- Having Good working knowledge in MS-Office (word & excel), Tally ERP, Purchases, GST, TDS etc.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in accounts department.
- Excellent accounting and negotiation skills
- Background: Real estate/Construction (no other industry are preferable)
- Tally is mandatory
- Candidates preferable from Bangalore only.
- Languages: English mandatory and local language(Kannada to be known to speak)
- Working days: Full time job and 6 days working in a week
- Salary Package Offered: 10 – 15 K ( As decided at the interview)
Note Interview pattern:
1st round Face to face
2nd round is practical(on the same day of interview)
