Roles and Responsibilities Candidate is required to handle a team of junior executives Candidate is responsible for the performance of the team and also responsible for driving the sales of the projectCandidate maybe required to work on two projects based on their ability and flexibility Candidate is required to exhibit strong leadership and team leading qualitiesCandidate has to formulate a strategy to market the project and handle the team and would need to give inputs for the project(s). Candidate will be taking help from senior people in the hierarchy Candidate is required to attend Monday morning meetings with the entire sales team that is headed by the Director of the company along with the Sales & Marketing Head In addition to the meeting mentioned above, candidate will be required to attend weekly meetings with the team on project planning and sales targets along with the Sales & Marketing HeadCandidate needs to ensure the Sales Targets are met and the team is performing wellCandidate will be required to attend to clients, channel partners and also maintain a good relation and manage existing clientsCandidate needs to have excellent negotiation skills and a strong ambition to succeed in their career Desired Candidate Profile A hard working, honest, ambitious & career driven individual with prior Experience in the field of residential real estate sales.
