Drive Business in Brand eCommerce Websites and other Marketplaces

Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy in order to improve website & Marketplace performance.

Managing Website Content and executing promotional campaigns

Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels to increase website traffic and sales conversion.

Price management for Brand Website & Marketplace and maintaining the accounts of Profit and Loss for individual Products.

Experience in Team Management.

Vendor Co-ordination for Website Development.

Accountable for Handle Multiple Market Places in terms of Catalog, Inventory & Order Management, Returns, Claims, and Customer Support operations.

Maintain the Seller Performance Metrics as per the Marketplaces Standard.

Coordinates with marketplace team for Promotion and Business Development.

Competitors Analysis (Top Selling Products, Ratings and Review Flow, Pricing, Promotions Discounts, Quality Of Listing, Strategies To Overcome)
Report Analysis (Analytics Reports, Invoice Payment And Tax Reports, Inventory, High & Low Performing Products, Seller Account Performance).
