1. look after whole production activity through shift by shift.

2. Discipline inside the production To area.

3. Arrangement and planning of material for the next day plan.

4. Receipt of dispensed RM from stores to issue the material for the process.

5. Checking of end point and critical steps involved during process and achieving the targets.

6. Reconciliation of batch after every stage and investigate if there is any deviation.

7. Issue of granules to compression section after verification.

8. Issue of required punches after verification.

9. Integrity of sifter sieves, Multimill screens and punches and dies after every operation shell be checked and recorded in the proper records.

10. Preparation of Documentations as per GDP.

11. Cleanliness of production area.

12. Safety man and machine.

13. Actual recording on BMR’S.

14. Manpower handling.

15. Allocation of worker and staff.

16. Housekeeping and Dress management.

17. Monitoring and control on critical producti

operation and yield at different levels.

18. Follow up with maintenance department for preventive maintence.

19. Execution of Batch Production Record.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
