Roles & Responsibilities :

• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

• Ensuring all banking transactions & updating bank account reconciliation on timely manner.
• Monitoring inflow / outflow of funds and putting in place internal financial controls in line with company policy for billing and dispatch of goods.
• To produce timely and reliable management information reports on a daily / weekly /monthly basis.
• Petty cash management and outstanding follow up through team.
• Proper accounting of all business payables & receivables.
• Preparation of trial balances, preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and preparation of financial statement as per internal & statutory audits, risk control etc.
• Ensuring all statutory compliance in company.
• Conducting internal audits time to time.
• Coordinating with CA for Handling of GST, Tax, TDS returns, Income Tax & related activities.
• Assisting CA in periodic financial audits.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Any other work related to accounts department.
