Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor or Associate Professor in Management, AI & ML, and Computer Engineering at Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur. The role involves teaching university-level courses to students, conducting research in the respective fields, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also requires active participation in marketing initiatives to promote the university’s programs and attract students.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Organizational Behavior, Curriculum Development, and University Teaching
• Research experience in the specific field of Management, AI & ML, or Computer Engineering
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ph.D. in the relevant field
• Prior teaching experience at the university level
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive academic environment
• Experience in industry or practical application of the relevant field is a plus
