Sanzar Futureteq Private Limited, is part of Sanzar Group, the official Distributor and exclusive online digital sales partner of Avast, AVG, CCleaner and HMA VPN digital security products.Founded in 2016 – its business activities broadly cover; consumer IoT smart wearables, watches, wristbands, Eyewear, etc. Current focus is on distributing and selling digital security software to business and consumers across various channels – Online Retail, Offline Retail, etc.Selected individual’s day-to-day job responsibilities include:Responsible for managing all aspects of E-Commerce business including P&L, business/inventory planning and management, promotional campaigns and other online marketing activities.OperationsManage online store operations of E-commerce stores such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq Woocommerce.Ensure 100% compliance with day-to-day Marketplace operations.Responsible for creating new product listings on various ecommerce channels, including, A+ content publishing for all new SKU listings.Product Data Management – Ensure all latest product data is displayed on various ecommerce channels including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.Stock Management – Maximise the profit contribution of e-Commerce sales through effective management of stock levels and accurate forecasting of sales.Monitor stock levels and analyse online sales versus store performance.Manage online inventory allocation, upload, and removal.Work collaboratively with the COO to plan and maintain sufficient 1 month’s inventory.Maintaining cordial relations with counterpart POC’s for smooth executions of operations and content hygiene on portals.Work with counterpart POC’s to create deals, promotions, enhance product visibility.SalesManaging all ecommerce channels monthly Sales Plan.Responsible for increasing sales and achieving set sales targets.Develop and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase website sales and executing the same across all channels.Monitor competitive listings and pricing of other related websites.Identify strategic business partnerships, by studying products or markets to determine areas of opportunity for merchandising specific products, using online or offline sources.AdvertisingManaging various ad campaigns on platforms such as AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), Flipkart Advertising, Google Adwords, Google Merchant Center, Facebook/Meta.Monitor and improve campaign performance across all online channels using analytics dashboards on AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), Flipkart Advertising, Google Adwords, Google Merchant Center, Facebook/Meta.Increase inbound lead generation and channel sales through digital activities.Candidate ProfileBachelors or master’s degree in Marketing/Business Management or a related field.2+ years of proven working experience as an E-Commerce Operations Manager for Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Shopify/WordPress-Woocommerce.Previous knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon AMS, Meta/Facebook Advertising, and Google Adwords/Google Merchant Center.Possesses a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks, web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.Ability to think creatively to solve problems and drive innovation.Displays a keen interest in IT and software products.
