What You will do
Understand current and target technical strategy, product roadmaps and deliver solutions that are in-line with them.
Lead & own topics by collaborating with Architects to design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, with emphasis on security, scalability, testability and maintainability.
Coach team members to become proficient in development & quality processes, and technologies used in the team, thereby increasing expertise and productivity.
Continuously improve designs and implementations along with contributing significantly to the technical road map
Drive innovation and continuous improvement mindset in the people and showcase innovation in deliverables.
Trouble shoot critical production issues.
Mentoring colleagues in the team towards successful deliveries.
What Youll Bring
3 to 12 yearsof experience in software development and software design
Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer science or an equivalent degree.
Strong work ethics and self-driven individual
Good knowledge in ABAP, Reports, BADIs, OOPS ABAP etc
Experience in the Test Driven Development
Knowledge in writing Design Documents, Concept Documents.
Experiences in development organization and execution from application perspective
Working with ABAP Units, Q-units and other Test automation would be added advantage
Good knowledge in SAP HCM and Employee Central
Fast and self-organized learning. You can tap into the existing knowledge in the cluster..
Quality, service, and customer-oriented working attitude.
Social skills and team player consensus building and openness to new ideas and intercultural co-operation.
Fluent English language skills
Experience of working in teams distributed across geographical locations
High motivation and high service orientation
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Nice to have: REST APIs, CDS, Fiori, UI5, JavaScript, BTP
