What youll do
Ensuring Day to Day quality service delivery
Defining and tracking various service KPI and SLAs
Partner managementand TCO optimization
Handling the On Call duty
Able to coordinate and orchestrate the work between the teams
Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational delivery processes
Strong collaboration with other units within and outside ECS units
What you bring
10 year work experience in HANA Database administration
5 years experience in service delivery with managed services
Experience in managing Global escalations
ITIL Process knowledge in Service Request and Problem Management area
Working experience on work transition between the teams
Experience in Managing Multi Partners
Knowledge with public cloud service provides (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
Service reviews with SLA/KPI

Within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Technical Operations Server Management unit is responsible for 24×7 infrastructure support and services along with adopting the newer technology and automation to ease the operations.
Our team manage and operate nearly 3500 customers system 24/7. We are responsible for the quality delivery with the agreed SLA and KPIs as per the contract.We follow the sun model with the support of multiple service vendors working on day to day operations.
