Summary

The Design organization of HANA & Analytics aims to support our next generation, industry-leading cloud platform, SAP HANA Cloud Services. Our global team is growing fast, and we are constantly in the pursuit of fresh innovations with the most user-friendly and modern cloud experience.

As a User Experience Designer, you will work with expert Design leads on SAP HANA Cloud Services needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. You closely collaborate with Development, Product experts and UA team and enable users to do their business in the most effective and efficient manner.

THE ROLE

This role involves the following facets:

• Follows ‘User Centric Design’ Process and comes up with intuitive UX
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, gets an understanding of the ask
  • Is equipped to design a desirable experience
  • Tests and validate designs
  • Creates specs of the approved designs
• Is a team player and an enthusiastic participant
• Is able to follow directions of the lead, thinks critically, while also well abled to work independently
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Actively engages and participates in other design related activities
• Supports senior designers in crafting screens for detailed design
• Follows direction, while still able to work independently and think critically about the problem at hand.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interaction Design or related field

• A thorough understanding of UX design methodology
• Good working knowledge of design softwares like Sketch, Axure, etc.
• Knowledge of Fiori Design Guidelines is a plus
