Entering accounting vouchers like Cash Voucher, Journal Vouchers, Purchase Invoices, making Sales Invoices.

– Reviewing Accounting Entry in Tally periodically, pointing out corrections required and taking corrective actions with the help of seniors.

– Reviewing Inventory Entries in tally periodically about correctness. Coordinating with factory staff for negative stock items and taking corrective action.

– Managing filing of physical documents like, Cash, Journal, Purchase, Sales, Goods Inward Notes and any other documents.

– Providing Outstanding Statements, Ledgers & other information required by other staff members.

– Assisting Seniors in making customised reports as and when required.

– Assisting Seniors in filing statutory returns like, GST, Profession Tax, TDS, PF & ESIC, etc.

– Coordinating with Auditors for Audit of Accounts when required.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
